Notaring is Canada’s first online notary public platform. We help people across Canada get their documents notarized by secure video, from wherever they are.
We’re not hiring for permanent roles right now. As we grow across Canada, we’re always glad to hear from notaries public who’d like to work with us.
Who we’d like to hear from
- Notaries public in good standing in their province or territory
- Comfortable meeting clients by secure video
- Clear, friendly communication and a careful eye for detail
- Available for some appointments on weekdays (9 am to 8 pm ET) or weekends
