Notarization shouldn’t depend on where you are.
Behind almost every notarized document is a moment that matters: a child’s trip abroad, the keys to a new home, a new last name.
Those moments are big enough on their own. Getting to a notary shouldn’t be the hard part.
Why I started Notaring
As a lawyer, I kept seeing the same thing: people rearranging their whole day, crossing town and sitting in a waiting room, all for one signature.
For some, it was more than an inconvenience. Someone who couldn’t leave home. A family spread across three cities, all needing to sign the same document.
When Ontario changed the law in 2020 to let notaries work remotely, I saw the chance to fix that. So I built Notaring.
Every session is still done the right way: a commissioned notary, your ID checked face to face, your document handled with care. We just took away the trip.

Who we built this for
Notaring works for everyone. But these are the people we think about most.
